Calling all LEGO® enthusiasts! We’re on the hunt to turn your passion into a career as we’re seeking 2 Assistant Master Model Builders to join our awesome team and embark on the ultimate LEGO adventure!
Whilst creativity and out-of-this-world building skills are a must, our assistant Master Model Builders will also need to be able to inspire the mini builder of both today and tomorrow as they will be getting hands-on in teaching our guests and helping them to perfect their LEGO building skills within the attraction.
This is the ultimate job for anyone who loves to play and get creative! After all, where else can you be paid to release your inner child, play with LEGO all day and create unique structures?!
If you have outstanding building skills, an outgoing personality, and are an excellent communicator who is comfortable both being on camera and working with kids then this could be your dream job!

Candidates who are successful in the first round will then be asked to submit a video of themselves completing a building challenge. Then, those who are shortlisted will be invited to showcase their skills in a Brickfactor style build-off at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham on Sunday 10th September.
