Merlin Entertainments' LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Hong Kong | Embarks on a Galactic Space Adventure, Immersing in the Creative and Scientific LEGO® Universe

Starting today until 8 September 2024, in addition to the "LEGO® DREAMZzz™ Dream World" themed event, the Hong Kong LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre, under the Merlin Entertainment Group, will launch a brand-new "LEGO® Space Adventure" themed event. Children can become little astronauts, exploring the mysteries of the unknown universe and igniting their imagination of the vast cosmos. Participants will need to demonstrate their scientific experiment skills to complete designated missions, with the chance to win free admission tickets. 

Coinciding with the summer holidays, it is the perfect time for children to put their classroom knowledge into practice through interactive games. The Hong Kong LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre combines real space exploration educational content with creative play elements, unveiling the secrets of the universe through innovative interactive experiences for all ages. The Discovery Centre features quiz games testing observation skills and scientific knowledge, as well as hands-on experiential activities. Little astronauts are invited to embark on this interstellar journey and build their unique LEGO® universe using LEGO® bricks! 

Activity 1: MINILAND® Deep Space Exploration 

In the ever-changing day and night MINILAND®, little astronauts will need to use their keen observation skills to find 5 hidden space trivia cards, testing their understanding of astronomy and space technology, while also expanding their knowledge beyond the classroom curriculum. 

Activity 2: Limited-time - LEGO® Space Creative Workshop 

The Master Model Builder team is waiting for little astronauts to take their positions and learn the secret techniques of building a launching rocket. Participants can pick up LEGO® building skills and incorporate their creative ideas, or collaborate with fellow adventurers to refine their rocket designs.

Activity 3: LEGO® Universe Designer 

Little astronauts can unleash their creativity by building LEGO® models of distant galaxies, alien creatures, or space stations, transforming the seemingly unreachable cosmos into their own LEGO® universe. 

 

Activity 4: Pop-up Event - Free Admission Tickets Giveaway 

From 1 August to 8 September 2024 only, the Hong Kong LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre is offering a ticket giveaway social media game. Participants who share their creative LEGO® space creations on social media and complete the designated tasks will have the chance to win 2 free admission tickets (2 winners only) Seize this opportunity to step into this wondrous science sanctuary and satisfy your curiosity about the unknown universe!
