We're really sorry to hear that something was missing from your new LEGO®️ set. Please call the below number with your proof of purchase receipt. Toll-free Customer Service Hotline: 800960153

  1. All merchandise sold are non-refundable. Exchange of merchandise can be done within 14 days from date of purchase with original receipt at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Hong Kong.
  2. Merchandise must remain in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
  3. 'Pick-a-Brick', Blind pack, gift with purchase and any promotional or discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  4. Any exchange of merchandise can only be accepted once with item that is of the same or higher value.
  5. All exchanges are to be processed at our Gift Shop. LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Hong Kong reserves the right to final decision in case of any dispute.
