The maximum capacity in the workshop room is 30. This includes teachers and helpers but excludes workshop host and attraction staff.
If your party is bigger than this, the workshop can be split in to sessions throughout your visit.
There is no disabled rate but if a member of your class is registered disabled you will be entitled to admit one free carer with them. Please ensure that you bring documentation with you on the day such as your blue badge, DLA Letter or note from a doctor or specialist. If you are booking in advance, you do not need to book a ticket for your carer.

Yes, payment is only due 10 days prior to your visit.
Once a provisional booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation form via email. You will then get a payment reminder closer to your chosen visit date.
Self-guided visits are £6 per pupil (Sep - Feb) or £7.95 per pupil (March - August).

Accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility are located in the attraction.

WE are located in Trafford Palazzo (previously known as Barton Square), next to The Trafford Centre. We are situated right next to SEA LIFE and Homesense, just next to the Trafford Palazzo free Car Park.

Cars and coaches can park on the Trafford Palazzo car park which is situated right outside the attraction. This is accessed via the road between the Trafford Palazzo and Event City.
