No, we would like to give you all the freedom so that you can discover and try out all the attractions of our center yourself. Of course, you can also try an attraction several times.
For safety reasons, minors are only allowed to visit the Center when accompanied by an adult.

Free parking spaces are available in all Centro parking garages. We recommend parking garages 3 + 4 for your visit. The parking garages are signposted.
Paid parking spaces are available at the Aquapark
It is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. We offer you a selection of snacks and drinks in our coffee shop. Baby food, which you are welcome to bring with you, is excluded from this rule.
Our shop can be entered free of charge via a separate entrance and offers you a wide range of famous LEGO® model sets, as well as completely new product lines.
Our LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Oberhausen is accessible for people with disabilities and wheelchair users. An exception is the use of the two rides Merlin's Aprrentice and Kingdom Quest within the center.
Our safety standards stipulate that employees with first aid training must always be on site who can help in emergency situations.
Of course you can bring your stroller with you. Our center has spacious corridors.
We do not offer childcare.
The LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Oberhausen has comfortable changing tables.
We offer a small selection of baby food in our coffee shop. You are also welcome to bring your own baby food. Devices for warming up are available. Our staff will be happy to help you.
Our LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Oberhausen is a children's attraction and therefore, of course, a completely smoke-free zone.
Smoking is only permitted outside the attraction.
There are some lockers in the center that you can use free of charge to keep your valuables safe. (Limited availability)
Tickets
With us you have the option to pay for your online ticket with the following payment methods:
- SEPA direct debit
- Visa
- Mastercard
- PayPal
You will usually receive an email. Perhaps you accidentally found it in your spam folder. It's best to look there again.
If you can't find it there, please click here to view your booking details and tickets.
Please enter your phone number and email address, which you used to make the booking. Please also pay attention to the (country) area code.
To redeem your online ticket, we need:
- the order confirmation, either printed out or on the mobile phone
- a valid photo ID
- your payment card with which you paid for your online ticket.
Please show these three things at checkout.
You are welcome to print out your online ticket. If you don't have a printer, you can show us your online ticket on your smartphone / tablet.
After you have paid for your online ticket, we will send you an order confirmation to your saved e-mail address.
School field trips
Please book your class trip online in advance.
To ensure that we have capacity for your school class and to benefit from our reduced school rate, we try to book tickets for school groups in advance. We recommend that you book your school visit at least a month in advance.
School groups can always visit us. On weekends, public holidays and during NRW holidays, the ticket is €6 per child.
Yes, we offer preschools and kindergartens the same conditions.
Please contact the local tourist office for more details.
You can bring 1 teacher/supervisor for every 10 students. A ticket for an additional supervisor is 15 Euro per person.
Unfortunaltely we are currently not able to offer workshops.
Birthday Parties
Kids birthday parties can only be booked online. Book directly here on our website.

There is a normal cloakroom and lockers. These fill up quickly, especially on weekends and during the holiday season. We also offer large wooden boxes for clothes storage. However, no liability is accepted.

Then your LEGO® adventure will be accompanied by a member of staff for 1 hour.
Yes, but during this time there is no supervisor for you. The birthday room is also only available at the booked time.
This depends on the package booked. The room is available to you for a maximum of 1 hour at the MEGA PARTY.

No, this is prohibited for reasons of hygiene.
Please inform us about the children's allergies when booking, then we can look for alternatives. Experience has shown that this is more difficult on site.
No. This is prohibited due to fire protection law.
No. As our center is equipped with a sprinkler system, it is not permitted to bring balloons of any kind.
If it is more than minutes, please give us a call. Please understand that the room is only available for the time you have booked. So if you are late, the time in your birthday room will also be shorter. So please plan enough arrival time.
There is space for 15 people in our birthday room.
