LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Toronto is committed to providing a barrier-free environment for all stakeholders, including our clients/customers, employees, job applicants, suppliers, the public and any visitors who may enter our attraction. As an organization, we respect and uphold the requirements set forth under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its associated standards and regulations and will ensure that we offer a safe and welcoming environment that is respectful of each person's dignity and independence.

Access 2 Entertainments Card: 

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto is a proud partner supporting Easter Seals Canada. We accept the Access 2 Entertainments card at our attraction as a part of our goal to be an accessible venue. The Access 2 Entertainments card will allow free entry for 1 caregiver per card.

Service Animals: 

Service animals are welcome at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Toronto. A service animal must be readily identified with a visual indicator such as a vest or harness worn by the animal or the guest will be asked to provide documentation from one of the following health professionals;

    (i) A member of the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
    (ii) A member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
    (iii) A member of the College of Nurses of Ontario.
    (iv) A member of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
    (v) A member of the College of Optometrists of Ontario.
    (vi) A member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
    (vii) A member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
    (viii) A member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
    (ix) A member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Mental Health Therapists of                Ontario. O. Reg. 165/16, s. 16.

Service animals must be physically controlled on a leash or harness and must display appropriate behaviour at all times while on our property.  

Due to the nature of our rides, service animals must remain with a non-riding member of the guest's party. LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto ride attendants are not permitted to take control of service animals.

Family/Companion Restrooms

All our restroom facilities are wheelchair accessible.  For your convenience, a family/companion restroom is located adjacent to our men’s and women’s facilities.

Guests with Autism

Our Birthday Party rooms may be used as a quiet space, when not in use, for guests needing a break from their fun.  Please see any staff member for assistance.

Expecting Mothers

For their safety, expecting mothers are not recommended to ride on Kingdom Quest & Merlin’s Apprentice.

Nursing Mothers

Nursing is welcomed in any location inside our attraction. The Birthday Party rooms may be used to nurse, when not in use. Please see any staff member for assistance.

Hearing Impaired Guests

Scripts are available for each movie shown in our 4D Cinema and are available upon request or at the 4D Cinema prior to entering the film. Please see staff member for assistance.

Guests with Food Allergies/Dietary Needs

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto is a clean facility, for this reason, outside food and drinks is not permitted unless it is for medical reasons.

Our Café features healthy options as well as lunch and snack items.

Should you have any questions regarding our food preparations and options prior to your visit please contact us at info@legolanddiscoverycentre.ca or ask for a café supervisor when you arrive to our attraction.

OUR ATTRACTIONS

Kingdom Quest

The captured Princess needs your help! Hop aboard your chariot on the Kingdom Quest ride to rescue her! Be warned, there are beastly trolls and sneaky skeletons lurking. Can you zap them all to save the Princess?

Ride Access:

• Guests in wheelchairs/mobility scooters must be able to transfer themselves from their wheelchairs to the chariot seating.

Height Restrictions:

• No infants allowed on the ride (Children must be able to walk on to the ride).
• Children must be above 130cm to ride unaccompanied.

Ride Restrictions:

• No immediate repeat rides are allowed
• This attraction is not suitable for people who suffer from effects of strobe lighting
• Some scenes may be unsuitable for very young children due to noise and darkness
• Video equipment and cameras not permitted
• Push chairs and large objects not permitted
• No food or drink permitted to be taken on the ride
• No loose articles permitted
• Staff are not permitted to supervise children or service animals

Service Animals:

• Are not permitted on the ride
• Guests can have a friend/family member supervise the service animal outside the ride area, or have the animal wait in a secured crate outside the ride until the guess completes the ride cycle.

LEGO® 4D Cinema

You’ll be blown-away in our fun 4D Cinema as you join your favorite LEGO characters on an action-packed adventure. This attraction features 4 different movies all averaging 15 minutes in length.  Films contain sudden effects including strobe lighting, snow, wind, and rain.

• LEGO® CITY: Officer In Pursuit!  - While patrolling through the streets, a hapless LEGO City Police Officer bumps into a mischievous wanted criminal on the loose.
• LEGO® CLUTCH POWERS - Join Clutch and his team of LEGO experts as their adventure leads them from LEGO City to Space Police prison planet to the medieval world of Ashlar where they must help the rightful heir to the King’s throne find the courage to regain the kingdom from the evil wizard Mallock the Malign.
• LEGO® DREAMZzz™ - Every night, Matero and Izzie enter the land of dreams. Here they can use the power of their imagination to craft anything they can dream up! Join them as they travel through the dream worlds, have fun and party with their friends.
• BOO: The Great Monster Chase - Lord Vampyre & Spider Lady are hosting an after-show party in the grounds of LEGOLAND, with Monster of Rock performing. Four superfan tweens have tickets to the party, but discover that only monsters are allowed! *Available in October

Ride Access:

• Guests utilizing a wheelchair may enter from the pre-show area as the queue line is wheelchair accessible.  For guests unable to wait in line, access through the exit gate is permitted after receiving permission from the ride operator.

Ride Restrictions:

• Designated wheelchair seating is available within the theater. Please inform ride operator prior to entering the theater so proper arrangements may be made.
• Not recommended for guests with epilepsy as films utilize strobe lightning.
• Guests with low vision may request to sit in the front sections.
• One guest per seat
• Guests with hearing impairments may request a show script from the admissions desk. 

Service Animals: 

• Are permitted inside the theater.

LEGO® NINJAGO® City Adventure

Test your agility and speed as you climb the rigging and move through multiple training zones! 

Ride Restrictions:

• Shoes are required

Creative Workshop

Catch one of our special workshops hosted by our Master Model Builder team throughout the day to discover insider tips and super tricks on building with LEGO bricks.  Instructional lead classes take place throughout the day.  Class times are posted outside the workshop.

Master Builder classes are recommended for ages 5 and up.  Children must have adult supervision.

Maximum of 25 people per class.

The Fun Hub

Listen to a story, use your imagination to build a LEGO creation, or meet with Bertie our LEGO mascot!  Our continuously changing event area encourages parents and children to join in fun filled host lead activities.

Merlin's Apprentice

Pedal to the stars! Pedal the enchanted cart in Merlin’s magical potions chamber to become his next wizarding apprentice. Go faster and faster to conjure the sorcerer’s spell and soar into the sky! Whoa-ho-ho how high can you go?!

Ride Access:

• Guests utilizing a wheelchair may enter from the queue line as it is wheelchair accessible.  For guests unable to wait in line, access through the exit gate is permitted after receiving permission from the ride operator.

Height Restrictions:

• Children must be a minimum of 90 cms tall to ride.
• Children between 90 cms and 120 cms must ride with an adult.
• Children who are 120 cm and above may ride alone.

Ride Restrictions:

• No immediate repeat rides are allowed.
• This attraction is not suitable for people who suffer from effects of strobe lighting.
• Two children below 120 cm cannot ride in the same chariot
• Two adults cannot ride in the same chariot
• Video equipment and cameras not permitted
• Push chairs and large objects not permitted inside the ride area
• No food or drink permitted to be taken on the ride
• No loose articles permitted
• Staff are not permitted to supervise children or service animals

Service Animals:

• Are not permitted on the ride

DUPLO® Village

Build a colorful DUPLO flower for the farmer's garden, climb up a small hill and slide down the other side, or play on our special, big, soft bricks.

• Suitable for guests 2 – 5 years of age

LEGO® Friends

Sing a song with Andrea, Mia, Olivia, Stephanie and Emma as you add your own creations to the colorful city. Which LEGO Friend will be your new BFF?

MINILAND®

Explore and play with the interactive city; see airships swoop and towers glow as the little land changes from day to night. Our mischievous Minifigures love hiding in MINILAND – who will you spot?

Earthquake Tables

Take on the challenge at our Earthquake Tables. Test the strength of your brick tower when the tables start to shake.

LEGO® Racers: Build & Test

Build a super speedy vehicle and race against your friends on the test track at our Build & Test zone. Will your car zoom across the finish line first? Ready. Set. GO!
Ask a playmaker for some super-secret building tips on how to make your car whiz past the competition!
