Adults must be accompanied by children to enter LEGOLAND Discovery Centre. We will host exclusive adult nights for our Adult Fans of LEGO without children!
All children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Centre at one time. The best way of ensuring your family's entry is by reserving your tickets online (while receiving special online discounts)!
We encourage families to interact together and explore their imagination and creativity through a world of open play, and therefore visits are not guided. The typical visit takes 2-3 hours, but you are welcome to stay for as long as you wish.
We do not allow outside food or beverage, unless caring for babies or food allergies in children.
LEGOLAND Discovery Centre encourages guests to enjoy deliciously fresh foods and snacks, as well as coffee beverages and ice cold sodas in our Coffee Shop.
Yes, we are fully accessible for visitors with disabilities and wheelchair users. We do not provide wheelchair or stroller rentals at our attraction.
Yes. We ensure that there are always staff members at the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre who are trained in first aid.
We are stroller friendly, with family bathrooms with diaper changing facilities.
As with many businesses, we are actively monitoring the situation with regards to the outbreak of Covid-19 coronavirus and are in regular contact with health authorities. The advice from the health authorities has not changed, so our business is operating as normal and standard terms and conditions on bookings continue to apply.
The safety and well being of our guests and staff is our priority and we will take all necessary precautions to ensure their continued welfare. As such, and in line with general public health guidance, we have implemented enhanced cleaning regimes throughout LEGOLAND Discovery Centre and increased the availability of hand sanitation products, and we ask all guests to observe good hygiene practices during their stay with us.
If you are planning on visiting LEGOLAND Discovery Centre from an area that has been directly affected by the coronavirus AND if you are showing symptoms similar to those associated with the virus (for example: fever, cough, breathlessness), we please politely ask that do not visit LEGOLAND Discovery Centre and instead contact immediately your local health authority or doctor for further advice and instruction. During your visit, we wish to reassure you that LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is taking all possible steps to minimize the risk of contagion, including the implementation of enhanced cleaning regimes throughout LEGOLAND Discovery Centre. Rest assured, we will continue to act quickly should we be required to do so and will take all necessary precautions to protect the welfare of our guests and staff.
We ask all our guests to observe high standards of personal hygiene while visiting LEGOLAND Discovery Centre. There are simple things you can do to help prevent the spread of the virus, including:
- Covering your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
- Putting used tissues in the bin immediately
- Washing your hands with soap and hot water regularly, and using hand sanitizer gel
- Trying to avoid close contact with people who are unwell
- Avoiding touching your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
Throughout LEGOLAND Discovery Centre, we have placed additional hand sanitizers in convenient locations for guests, and we politely ask that you use them regularly.
If you do feel unwell during your visit, please contact a member of staff immediately – maintaining a safe distance of six feet where possible.

Service animals are welcome at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Toronto. A service animal must be readily identified with a visual indicator such as a vest or harness worn by the animal and the guest will be asked to provide documentation from one of the following health professionals;
(i) A member of the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
(ii) A member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
(iii) A member of the College of Nurses of Ontario.
(iv) A member of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
(v) A member of the College of Optometrists of Ontario.
(vi) A member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
(vii) A member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
(viii) A member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
(ix) A member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Mental Health Therapists of Ontario. O. Reg. 165/16, s. 16.
Service animals must be physically controlled on a leash or harness and must display appropriate behaviour at all times while on our property.
Due to the nature of our rides, service animals must remain with a non-riding member of the guest's party. LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto ride attendants are not permitted to take control of service animals.
Tickets
For the best price, book online at least 24 hours in advance of your visit.
To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can be in the Centre at one time. All guests buying tickets online OR at the door will be required to make a reservation for an entry time.
Advanced Purchase - Best Value and Guaranteed Entry
- Upon your arrival to the Centre, you will enter the "I Have Tickets" line at the start of your reservation.
- Please note during peak periods such as holidays, Spring break and Summer there may be a small wait upon entering the reservation line.
Walk-Up Purchase
- If you purchase tickets at the door, you will be required to reserve the next available time slot. You will enter the 'I Have Tickets' line at the start of your reserved entry time. The only way to guarantee your entry is to reserve your tickets online.
- Please note, during peak times, we may sell out of walk-up tickets. The only way to guarantee your entry is to purchase your tickets on advance online.
Once inside, stay as long as you like.
When booking your ticket you will be asked to select a date and time for your arrival. This helps us make your experience more enjoyable by reducing queue times, speeding up your entry in to the attraction and reducing crowding. Once inside the attraction, you may stay as long as you like!
Reserved tickets are any tickets purchased on our website, at our Centre or from a third party.
Unreserved tickets are those bought on the day of your visit using a coupon or discount at the door. Also, guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation are required to use this line as well. Unreserved tickets enter the Centre as soon as possible when there are open reservations.
We strive to keep all our experiences and rides open during your visit, but this is subject to change without notice as they may be unavailable for unscheduled reasons.
To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Centre at one time. There are 30 minute windows between reservation times to control capacity in the attraction. This creates a better experience for all our guests!
During peak times, you may experience a short wait in the "I Have Tickets" line as guests enter the Centre.
Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation will enter the "I Have Tickets" line, but may experience a longer than usual wait time.

Our Annual Passes are built with all of the biggest LEGO® lovers in mind! The Annual Pass includes year-long unlimited admission (restrictions apply for the Value Annual Pass), discounts on our retail shop, Café, friends/family admission and so much more. Annual Pass holders can access the attraction throughout all of our operating hours and every day the attraction is open (restrictions apply for our Value Annual Pass). LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre opens early and closes late during certain Annual Pass member exclusive events and previews. WOW!
We invite our Annual Pass members to visit LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre as often as they wish throughout the year-long validity of their membership.
Adults must be accompanied by children to enter LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre during regular operating hours. If you are an adult wishing to enter the Centre on your own, you may do so during our scheduled Adults Nights that take place throughout the year. Annual Passes are good for admission to Adult Night events as well.
All visitors wishing to enter the attraction must either have an Annual Pass, a pre-purchased single day ticket, or purchase a ticket at admissions.
All children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times during your visit to LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre. However, you may purchase Annual Passes for children and adults separately – with exception of the Transferable Annual Pass.
Yes! You can upgrade from your single day ticket on the same day of that visit.
Your Annual Pass is not transferable.
The Annual Pass for LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto is only for use at our location. There are no discounts or benefits that can be applied for use at any other LEGOLAND Discovery Centres.

Our attraction is filled with exciting features that even the littlest LEGO® lovers can enjoy! Although our ride has height restrictions all other areas including Miniland, the World’s Largest LEGO® Brick Flag, LEGO® 4D Cinema, LEGO® Racers: Build & Test, and more are suitable for young children. We even have our LEGO® Duplo area designed specifically with our youngest guests in mind! We are stroller friendly, with family bathrooms containing diaper changing facilities.
Although we do not provide free visits, if you had a mind-bopping time and want to continue the fun for the next year we offer discounts on all 3 Annual Pass options to help make up for the difference you already paid for your ticket. This can be done the same day of your visit.
Yes, each guest must present their Annual Pass at the time of entry – one Annual Pass per visitor.
