Byocups Safety

We have been informed by BioPack that the BioPark reusable ByoCups sold at our LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne and SEA LIFE Melbourne has been recalled.

The base of the coffee cups may detach. If the bottom detaches while it contains hot coffee/liquid, there is a risk of injury to the user.

BioPak has initiated a product recall with respect to the affected coffee cups and is currently liaising with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and Trading Standards in New Zealand regarding the matter.

You should immediately stop using the above-mentioned coffee cups and return to our attraction.

Due to the current restrictions in place in Victoria we will have updates soon on the return process.
